Tart | Yuzu & Berries (Mother's Day 2025)

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a tart for your mom — tangy and bright Koichi yuzu curd, house-made berries compote, fluffy almond sponge, garnished with fresh berries and edible flowers for a visual spectacle, all nestled on our signature tart crust.

A "Happy Mothers Day" topper is available upon request for 14cm tarts and above. 

Note: This tart contains fish gelatine, eggs, dairy, gluten and almonds. Best consumed on the same day or kept refrigerated for two days. No alcohol.
