Our Pecan & Vanilla Bean tart is made only with the finest Madagascan vanilla and American pecans. Vanilla ganache, pecan wafer, almond sponge, and caramelised pecans blend harmoniously together in our signature tart crust.

Note: This tart contains fish gelatine, almonds and pecan nuts. Best consumed on the same day or kept refrigerated for two days.
