A harmonious layering of the flavours of home: Pandan chiffon sponge cake made with 100% freshly pressed pandan, velvety taro and sweet potato paste, finished with a whisper of lightly whipped coconut cream.

Note: This cake contains fish gelatine, eggs, dairy and gluten. Best consumed on the same day or kept refrigerated for up to 3 days. No alcohol is used in this cake. Edible flower decorations will vary depending on seasonal availability. We are unable to guarantee the exact same arrangement & colour combination for every cake. This cake is nut-free but is produced in a facility which handles nuts.
